On the 12th of February, the PTK Honor Society held a bake sale two days before what some consider the most romantic day of all; Valentine’s Day here at Passaic County Community
College. It was hosted from 1 pm - 3 pm in both the Broadway Gallery and at the Founders Hall bridge. One of the members Mark Quiroz detailed that the bake sale’s purpose is to raise funds for future activities and provide more for the students. PTK provides a lot for the PCCC community and serves as a beneficial organization for students, whether it be academic guidance or community service hours.
Sweets like cookies and donuts are on-theme gifts to give a special friend or significant other to celebrate this annual occasion. For anyone who is still searching for love, you can always treat yourself to some dessert for your sweet tooth.
