On the 6th of March, Passaic County Community College's Business Leadership Club held an event at the Paterson Room from 1:30 pm to 4 pm. In that event, women entrepreneurs shared their fascinating journeys to success and highlighted the key moments that made
them triumphant.
Three female guests were invited by PCCC's own Susan Gaulden to speak, including Regional Director of the NJSBDC at William Paterson University Melissa Rosario, principal and Managing Attorney of ProBiz Law Robyn Davis, and head of the SBCD at Ramapo College Kathleen Cronin. Each presenter spoke on women's empowerment, highlighting each stage of a woman's career and beyond.

Additionally, LaToya Pryce from the Visions Federal Credit Union serves as the Cultural & Inclusion officer. One of the programs she manages is called InnovateHER, which is directed toward diverse women in small businesses. Their goal is to provide them with resources that will help propel their enterprise to the next level.
Business Leadership Club advisor Professor Khloud Kourani explained the purpose of the event is to honor women in business in celebration of Women's History Month. Stay tuned for more events honoring women's legacies and contributions this March!
